Offensive Unit Development:
While working within the San Francisco Giants minor league system, I specialized in creating explosive and run producing offensive units.  Working in a short 3 month season, I had to get all players engaged in the process and on the same page very quickly.  Once in place, we applied constant pressure on opposing defenses and forced pitchers to execute.
